5 pounds spareribs
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons prepared mustard
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Cut ribs into serving size pieces. Combine remaining
ingredients and mix well. Pour over ribs. Cover and marinate for
2 hours. Drain ribs and grill. Baste with sauce.
Yield: 4 servings.
