2 pounds stew beef
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4-ounce) can mushrooms, drained
1 cup ginger ale

Put all ingredients into a pot with a tight fitting lid. Bake
at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Do not peek for 2 1/2 hours.

Yield: 6 servings.
