Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 small bottle chives
1 (5-ounce) bottle soy sauce
Dash of garlic
5-6 pounds beef, (round or sirloin), cut into cubes
Combine first 4 ingredients for marinade. Let meat marinate 12
to 24 hours. Drain meat. Stir-fry in small amount of oil.
Yield: 10-12 servings.
