2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 ounces fresh mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1/2 cup minced onion
1 stick butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
Pepper to taste
3 cups sour cream
Saute onion in butter until wilted. Add mushrooms and shrimp;
cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Add flour, salt, and
pepper. Add sour cream. Cook gently, stirring until heated.
Serve with rice.
Yield: 6-8 servings.
