2-4 pounds shrimp, cleaned and deveined
2 sticks butter
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon salt, optional
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Layer shrimp in bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
Sprinkle with plenty of garlic powder and pepper. Add lemon juice.
Put butter pats on top of shrimp. Sprinkle with salt. Put in oven
and cook until pink. Stir occasionally. Cook approximately 15-20
Yield: 4-8 servings.
