CHEESY BAKED FILLETS

2 pounds skinless fish fillets
6 slices bacon, partially cooked
1/2 pound shrimp, cooked and chopped
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
2 teaspoons dried chives

Cut fish into serving-size portions and arrange in a 13x9-inch
baking dish that has been sprayed with a vegetable cooking spray.
Place bacon on fish and top with shrimp. In a small bowl, combine
margarine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt.
Pour half of the sauce over fillets. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degrees
preheated oven. Place tomatoes and cheese over fish. Add
remaining sauce and sprinkle with chives. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Fish is done when it flakes and is opaque.

Yield: 4-6 servings.
