2 pounds skinless fish fillets 6 slices bacon, partially cooked 1/2 pound shrimp, cooked and chopped 3 tablespoons margarine, melted 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese 2 teaspoons dried chives Cut fish into serving-size portions and arrange in a 13x9-inch baking dish that has been sprayed with a vegetable cooking spray. Place bacon on fish and top with shrimp. In a small bowl, combine margarine, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and salt. Pour half of the sauce over fillets. Bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degrees preheated oven. Place tomatoes and cheese over fish. Add remaining sauce and sprinkle with chives. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
