ALMOND BAKED FISH

1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons butter or margarine, melted
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 flounder fillets or other fish fillets (about 1
pound)
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup saltine cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons slivered almonds

Combine first 3 ingredients in a 12x8-inch baking dish.
Arrange fish in dish; spread mayonnaise over fish. Combine cracker
crumbs, 3 tablespoons melted butter, and almonds; sprinkle over
fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes.

Yield: 3-4 servings.
