1 deep-dish pie shell, unbaked 1 package Stouffer's spinach souffle, thawed 2 eggs 3 tablespoons milk 2 teaspoons chopped onion 1/2 cup sliced, drained mushrooms 3/4 cup cooked, crumbled sausage 3/4 cup grated Cheddar or Swiss cheese Stir together thawed souffle with the other ingredients. Pour into deep dish pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Yield: 6-8 servings.
