1 (9-inch) pastry shell, unbaked 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese 1 (7 1/2-ounce) can crabmeat, drained and flaked 2 green onions with tops, sliced 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup light cream 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon lemon peel, grated (optional) 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard Dash of mace 1/4 cup sliced almonds Sprinkle cheese evenly over bottom of pastry shell. Top with crabmeat and sprinkle with onion. Combine eggs, cream, salt, lemon peel, mustard, and mace. Pour over crabmeat. Top with sliced almonds and bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from oven; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
