6 slices white bread 1 pound pork sausage 1 teaspoon mustard 1 cup (4-ounces) shredded Swiss cheese 3 slightly beaten eggs 1 1/4 cups milk 3/4 cup evaporated milk 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper Dash of nutmeg Grease bottom of a 13x9-inch pan. Place bread slices to cover bottom of pan. Brown sausage and drain. Add mustard and mix well. Spread sausage mixture over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Combine rest of ingredients; mix well. Pour over cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes (can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight before baking). Yield: 6-8 servings.
