2 (16-ounce) cans whole green beans, drained
12-16 slices of bacon, cut in half
1 (8-ounce) bottle of Catalina dressing
4-5 whole pimientos, cut in strips, optional
Arrange green beans in bundles of 6-8, wrapping a half slice of
bacon around each bundle. Place in 13x9-inch dish, securing
bundles with wooden toothpicks, if necessary. Pour dressing over
bundles; cover and chill for 3 hours. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for
40 minutes, turning halfway through. May garnish each bundle with
a piece of pimiento before serving.
Yield: 8 servings.
