1 pound regular or spicy Jimmy Deans Sausage 4 (15.5-16-ounce) cans of different beans (kidney, black beans, navy, pinto, etc.) 1 (31-ounce) can pork and beans 1/2 cup light brown sugar 1/2 cup barbecue sauce 1/2 cup ketchup 1/2 large onion, chopped 1 (10-ounce) can Rotel chopped tomatoes, drained 1 teaspoon liquid smoke 1 teaspoon prepared mustard 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 6 to 8 strips bacon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook sausage in large skillet, breaking apart into small pieces; drain fat. In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients except bacon. Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish. Place bacon strips on top. Bake for 1 hour. Broil at end if desire crispy bacon. Yield: 15 servings.
