2 cups fresh corn, blanched and cut off cob 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons butter for top Mix corn, sugar, flour, salt, and pepper; add eggs and mix well. Add milk, mix well; pour into a buttered 8x8-inch baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes; stir after 20 minutes. May broil top a few minutes if top is not brown enough.
