2 cans Veg-All vegetables
1 can shoe peg corn
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup grated Colby/Monterey Jack Cheese
3/4 cup Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/2 stick butter, melted
Drain vegetables. Mix with next 3 ingredients and place in
11x7-inch baking dish. Cover with cheese and crackers. Top with
melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until bubbly.
Yield: 6-8 servings.
