1 (22-ounce) package frozen mashed potatoes
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped chives
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Prepare potatoes according to package. Stir with mixer the
cream cheese and next 5 ingredients. Put in a greased 13x9-inch
pan. Top with Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or
until thoroughly heated.
Yield: 8-10 servings.
