2 pounds frozen hash browns, thawed
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 onion, chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup margarine, melted
Mix all ingredients except cornflakes. Place in greased
13x9-inch casserole. Top with combined cornflakes/margarine
topping and bake for 45-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
Yield: 8-10 servings.
