5 pounds potatoes, washed, unpeeled, and sliced
6 cups whipping cream
6 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons Dijon mustard
6 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Layer potatoes in a greased shallow
roasting pan. Heat cream and next 5 ingredients in a saucepan and
heat until boils. Pour over potatoes and bake covered for 1 hour.
Uncover and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake 15-30 minutes or
until potatoes are tender.
Yield: 10-12 servings.
