2 (6-ounce) packages long grain and wild rice mix
1 (8-ounce) jar of process cheese spread
1 (8-ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 (6-ounce) jar mushrooms, sliced and drained
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 (2.8-ounce) can French fried onions, crushed
Cook rice according to package directions. Stir in cheese
spread and next 3 ingredients. Spoon into greased 11x7-inch baking
dish. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes; uncover and sprinkle
with onions. Bake uncovered 10 additional minutes.
Yield: 8 servings.
