CRANBERRY CASSEROLE

3 cups peeled, cored, and chopped apples
2 cups fresh cranberries
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 cup sugar

Topping:
3 packages instant cinnamon and spice oatmeal
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, melted

Combine apples with cranberries and flour; toss. Add sugar and
toss again. Place in greased 2-quart or 13x9-inch baking dish.

Topping: Mix oatmeal and next 4 ingredients. Spoon over
apple/cranberry mixture. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Yield: 8 servings.
