2 cups self-rising flour
1 cup sour cream
1 cup butter, melted
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Grease mini-muffin tins. Fold sour
cream into flour. Stir in melted butter. Batter will be thick.
Spoon into mini-muffin tins, 3/4's full, and bake for 15 minutes or
until golden brown.
Yield: 4 dozen.
