18 frozen Parker House rolls 1 small (3.4-ounce) package (not instant) butterscotch pudding 1 cup chopped pecans 1 stick margarine 2/3 cup light brown sugar Put rolls in greased bundt pan in an overlapping pattern. Mix butter, sugar, and pudding in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes. Pour on top of rolls. Sprinkle pecans over rolls. Cover with buttered wax paper and a damp cloth. Set on counter overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Let sit 5 minutes. Invert on plate to serve. Yield: 8-10 servings.
