SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE

1/4 pound butter
2 eggs
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1/2 pint sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking powder

Crumb Mixture:
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup seedless raisins

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, sour cream, and vanilla. Mix
well and add dry ingredients, beating until smooth. Pour half the
batter into a greased tube pan and sprinkle with half the crumb
mixture. Pour in rest of the batter and top with remaining crumb
mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for about 50 min.

Yield: 1 cake.
