2 (8-ounce) packages crescent rolls
6 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2/3 cup confectioners sugar
1 tablespoon half-and-half
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1/8 teaspoon salt
Press 2 crescent triangles into 1 rectangle shape; press
diagonal perforation to seal. Mix next 4 ingredients and spread 1
tablespoon of the mixture along the top of the crescent rectangle.
Roll jellyroll fashion and cut into 6 slices. Place into 2 greased
round cake pans about 1/4 inch apart. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18
minutes. Mix confectioners sugar, half-and-half, vanilla, and salt
to make a glaze. Pour over warm rolls.
Yield: 48 mini rolls.
