1 (12-ounce) crusty French bread loaf 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 (4-ounce) package crumbled blue cheese Cut bread loaf at 3/4-inch intervals, cutting to, but not through, bottom of loaf. Stir together butter and cheese; spread evenly on both sides of each bread slice. Wrap loaf in aluminum foil, and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes or until toasted.
