3 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
1 cup pecans, chopped
4-5 apples, diced
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla

1 stick margarine or butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat eggs, sugar, and oil with mixer. By hand, add pecans and
apples. Sift flour, salt, and soda. Mix well. Add vanilla. Pour
into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2
hours. Cool and place on platter.

Glaze: Bring margarine, brown sugar, and milk to a boil.
Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour glaze on top of cake.

Yield: one bundt cake.
