1 small can of coconut 1 cup pecans German chocolate cake mix (Betty Crocker) 1 stick butter or margarine, room temperature 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature 1 (16-ounce) box confectioners sugar Lightly grease a 13x9-inch baking dish. Spread coconut in bottom of dish. Spread pecans on top of coconut. Prepare cake mix according to package directions. Pour cake mix on top of coconut and pecans. Cream margarine, cream cheese, and confectioners sugar together and place by spoonfuls on top of cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Yield: one 13x9-inch cake.
