Two regular pie crusts 1 1/2 cups sugar 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour 5 eggs 3/4 cup butter, melted and cooled 1/2 cup buttermilk 2 cups angel flake coconut 1 teaspoon vanilla Combine sugar, flour, and eggs in a medium mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly. Stir in butter, buttermilk, coconut, and vanilla. Pour mixture into crusts and bake at 350 degrees for about 30-35 minutes or until set throughout and golden brown.
