1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 3/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 3 eggs 1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips, melted 2 teaspoon instant coffee 1 teaspoon rum extract 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell Cream butter; gradually add brown sugar, beating well at medium speed of electric mixer, until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add melted chocolate, coffee granules, and rum extract; mix well. Stir in flour and nuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes; cool completely. Chill. Yield: one pie.
