2 graham cracker crusts
1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
3 eggs, slightly beaten
3 (1-ounce) squares semisweet chocolate
1 1/2 cups Cool Whip or whipping cream, whipped
1 jar marshmallow cream or small bag of mini
1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy
Filling: Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and melted
chocolate. Mix until fluffy. Fill crusts and place in freezer
while fixing topping.
Topping: Fold cool whip with marshmallow cream or
marshmallows. Spread on top of filling. Sprinkle with crushed
peppermint candy. Freeze.
Yield: two pies.
