1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons milk
1 (4-ounce) container Cool Whip
1 graham cracker crust*
Mix cream cheese and confectioners sugar with an electric mixer
until smooth. Add peanut butter and milk and mix well. Add
whipped topping and mix well. Pour into pie shell and chill.
*May use chocolate crumb crust
Yield: one pie.
