Add egg whites, beating well. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla; set aside. Combine flour, soda, and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, mixing well. Stir in candy. Shape dough into 1 1/2-inch balls, and place 2 inches apart on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 11 minutes or until browned. Cool 3 minutes on baking sheet; transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
