CONGO SQUARES

1 1/3 cups butter
1 box light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 3/4 cups self-rising flour
1 (12-ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels

Cream butter and brown sugar. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix well.
Add flour and mix well. Stir in chocolate morsels. Spray
13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Spread dough evenly in
pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 40-45 minutes.

Yield: 24 bars.
