Vegetable cooking spray
12 (4 3/4- x 2 1/2-inch) graham crackers
1 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup brickle chips
Line a 15x10-inch jellyroll pan with aluminum foil, and coat
foil with cooking spray. Place graham crackers in a single layer
in prepared pan. Set aside. Combine butter and sugar in saucepan;
bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Boil 1 1/2 to 2
minutes without stirring. Pour mixture over graham crackers. Bake
at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with
chocolate morsels. Let stand until morsels are soft enough to
spread. Spread smoothly over top. Sprinkle with brickle chips;
press gently into chocolate. Cool and cut into squares.
Yield: 5 dozen.
