Vegetable cooking spray 12 (4 3/4- x 2 1/2-inch) graham crackers 1 cup butter or margarine 1 cup sugar 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips 1 cup brickle chips Line a 15x10-inch jellyroll pan with aluminum foil, and coat foil with cooking spray. Place graham crackers in a single layer in prepared pan. Set aside. Combine butter and sugar in saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Boil 1 1/2 to 2 minutes without stirring. Pour mixture over graham crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, and sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Let stand until morsels are soft enough to spread. Spread smoothly over top. Sprinkle with brickle chips; press gently into chocolate. Cool and cut into squares. Yield: 5 dozen.
