2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese
2 packages refrigerated crescent rolls
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg, separate yolk and white
1 cup confectioners sugar
3 tablespoons milk
Spray 13x9-inch pan. Lay one package of crescent rolls in pan.
Blend cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla. Spread over roll
layer. Spread the other package of rolls over the cream cheese
mixture. Spread unbeaten egg white over this and bake at 350 degrees for
30 minutes. Mix together confectioners sugar and milk to form
glaze and pour over top. Let cool several hours.
Yield: 10-12 servings.
