1/2 cup butterscotch morsels 1/4 cup butter or margarine 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup firmly packed light brown sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg, slightly beaten 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup semisweet chocolate morsels 1 cup miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup chopped pecans Combine butterscotch and butter in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until morsels melt; set aside. Combine next 4 ingredients; add butterscotch mixture, egg, and vanilla, mixing well. Stir in chocolate morsels, marshmallows, and pecans. Spread mixture into a greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Brownies will be chewy.
