1/2 cup butter 1 cup sugar 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 (16-ounce) can Hershey's chocolate syrup Creme de Menthe Layer: 1/2 cup butter 2 cups confectioners sugar 4 tablespoons creme de menthe flavoring Chocolate Frosting: 6 tablespoons butter 1 cup chocolate chips Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, salt, flour, and syrup; blend. Pour into a greased 13x9-inch baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Creme de Menthe Layer: Cream together the butter, sugar, and creme de menthe flavoring; spread over the brownies; refrigerate for 1 hour. Chocolate Frosting: Melt butter and chocolate chips; spread over the Creme de Menthe layer. Yield: 16 servings.
