1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6-ounce) package butterscotch chips
4 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow cream
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup flaked coconut
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pound cake cubed
Combine all ingredients in top of a double boiler; bring water
to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and cook until chocolate melts,
stirring constantly. Pour into fondue pot; place over fondue
burner. Thin fondue with additional milk, if necessary. Serve
with pound cake cubes and assorted fruits as dippers.
Yield: 3 1/2 cups.
