6 cups milk
2 cups sugar
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (8-ounce) container Cool Whip, thawed
1 (5 1/4-ounce) package vanilla instant pudding mix

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; beat at medium speed
of an electric mixer until well blended. Pour mixture into a
freezer can of a 5-quart freezer. Freeze according to
manufacturer's instruction. Let ripen at least one hour.

Yield: 5 quarts.
