1/3 cup cocoa
1/4 cup water
1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
Pinch of salt
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Cook over
medium heat, stirring until mixture boils; reduce heat, and simmer
5 minutes. Remove mixture from heat; add butter and vanilla, and
stir until blended. Serve at room temperature.
Yield: 1 2/3 cups.
