1 (6-ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, thawed and undiluted 3/4 cup tequila 1/3 cup Triple Sec or other orange flavored liqueur (may omit both tequila and Triple Sec and use 3/4 cup lemon-lime carbonated soda) 2 medium nectarines or peaches, peeled, seeded, and sliced Ice cubes Garnish: fresh mint sprigs Combine first 4 ingredients in an electric blender; add enough ice to bring mixture to 5-cup level. Process 30 seconds or until mixture is slushy, stopping once to scrape down sides. Garnish with fresh mint sprigs, if desired. Yield: about 5 cups.
