1 to 1 1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
1 to 1 1/4 cups sugar
4 cups cold water
1 lemon, sliced, optional
Combine first 3 ingredients in container of an electric
blender; process until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher; stir in
cold water, ice, and if desired, lemon slices.
Yield: 7 cups.
