1 (25.6-ounce) package instant nonfat dry milk 1 (6-ounce) jar powdered nondairy creamer 2 cups confectioners sugar 1 (16-ounce) can instant chocolate drink mix Combine all ingredients; mix well. Place in an airtight container. Store in a cool place. Use within 6 months. To enjoy a cup of hot chocolate, add 3 heaping tablespoons into 1 cup hot water. Stir well. Yield: 17 cups.
