16 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 pkg. Fiesta Ranch dip mix, dry
3-4 chopped green onions
1 jar Chi-Chi's salsa
2-3 medium tomatoes
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/2 small head lettuce, shredded
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 small can black olives, chopped

Mix cream cheese, sour cream, Fiesta Ranch mix, and green onions.
Spread on a large platter. Pour salsa over all. Chill for 30
minutes. Layer remaining ingredients over salsa. Serve with
tortilla chips.

*All ingredients can vary. Try adding a small chopped jalapeno for a
little kick. Use shredded pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar. I
love this in the summer because it is cool and you can get a lot of
the ingredients from your garden.
