1/4 cup chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 cup milk
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup chipped beef
3 1/2 oz. can mushrooms, chopped
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley
Saute onion in margarine; add milk. Add remaining ingredients and
cook on stovetop until steamy warm. Simmer about 20 minutes.
