16 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 or 2 pkgs. chipped beef, finely diced 1 small bunch green onions, chopped 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) 2-3 sprinkles garlic powder (or use salt) 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional) Mix all ingredients together using mixer. Form into a ball and refrigerate. Tastes best if made ahead of time. Serve with Ritz crackers. *Use reduced fat or fat-free cream cheese and light or fat-free mayonnaise to reduce calories.
