16 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. blue cheese
1/2 lb. extra sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 cup chopped pecans
Bring cheese to room temperature. Combine and mix well. Add other
ingredients and half of the pecans. Shape into a ball. Chill. Roll
in remaining pecans. (May freeze if desired.)
