1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix 16 oz. cream cheese 6 oz. jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 1/3 cup red and yellow peppers, chopped 3 Tbsp. fresh, minced parsley Cream the cheese and dressing mix together. In separate bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Line a 3 cup bowl with plastic wrap and layer cheese and vegetable mixtures, beginning and ending with cheese layer. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Invert on plate; remove plastic wrap. Serve with crackers. Makes 10-12 servings. Very festive looking for Christmas.
