2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lb. pork sausage
5 oz. evaporated milk
2 cups old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2-3 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup chopped onions

Mix all ingredients together and form into 1-inch balls. Place in
baking dish in single layer.

2 cups catsup
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped onions

(Double sauce recipe if you like a lot of sauce.) Combine all sauce
ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degreesF. for 1 hour.
Makes 9 dozen.
