1/2 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
21 oz. pizza sauce
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. grated mozzarella cheese
Brown meat and onions. Mix cornstarch and seasonings into pizza
sauce and add to meat mixture, stirring well. When thick and
bubbly, add the cheese by thirds, stirring well after each
addition. Transfer to fondue pot to serve, and remember....if you
drop your bread chunk into the sauce, you must kiss your neighbor!
