24 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms (the larger the better) 1 box Stove Top Stuffing (or your favorite recipe) 1 can crab meat 8 oz. mozzarella cheese Pull stems out and wash mushroom caps very well. Prepare stuffing as directed on box. Add crab meat and mix well. Spoon stuffing into mushrooms and top with mozzarella cheese. Spray bottom of baking pan with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes covered. Uncover and let cheese brown on top.
